Returns & Exchanges Policy – Sangre de Mar
At Sangre de Mar, every piece is crafted with care and passion. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
🇨🇦 Returns within Canada
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

In their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Returned in the original dust bag or protective wrap (where applicable).
Return Process

Email us at alejandro@sangredemar.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive our Vancouver, BC return address and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
All Sangre de Mar products are covered by a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost.
🇺🇸 Returns from the United States
We accept returns from the U.S. within 30 days of delivery.

Ship your item to our Vancouver, Canada return address (provided via email).

U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs duties.
Refunds and warranty coverage follow the same terms as Canadian orders.
🌎 International Returns (Outside Canada & U.S.)
We gladly accept international returns within 30 days of delivery, but we currently cannot offer free return shipping from outside North America.

Refunds will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
